Due to a recent restructure, they are creating a new division within their acute therapies business, opening up an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative fluent in French, Dutch, and English to join their team in Utrecht . The Role: As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of dialysis products to hospitals and patients at home. Your responsibilities will include handling customer queries , processing orders and returns, releasing backorders, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You will work closely with internal teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and provide a high level of service. Based out of a modern office in Utrecht three days per week , you will also have the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with ideally 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role . Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential, as you will be handling customer queries across multiple regions. You should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. What''s in It for You?
