FPSO COMMISSIONING MANAGER (SENIOR)Starting Date: April 2025Duration of contract: approx. 3 yearsProject''s Country: Based in Milan but willing to move abroad for long periods as below:Schedule work:12 months Clients Office Milan, ItalyWork schedule: 8 hours/day 5 days /weekNo Rotation16 months Onshore Indonesia/Karimun YardWork Schedule: 10 hours/day 6 days /weekRotation Schedule: 75 days on site /21 days home leave3 months Offshore IndonesiaWork Schedule 12 hours/day 7 days/weekRotation Schedule: 35 days on site/35 days home leaveTechnical skills:Work in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client.Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Test Run, Training, Maintenance Engineering, Operation and handing over of the Plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule.Ensure compliance of the Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets.Technical knowledge of FPSO and /or FLNG and/or FSRU Plant Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities.Knowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools.Understanding of Flow Measurement, Engineering practices, design methods & calculations.Knowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background.Capable to Read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information."Proven technical knowledge with the sequences and activities of preparation for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation of the following Units:Inlet Facilities and Gas Treatment UnitsCondensate Handling/Stabilization UnitMEG Recovery UnitSPS Chemical Injection UnitsLiquefication Unit licensed by APCI and CHARTAGRU TechnologiesGas Dehydration and MRU SectionStorage and Off-LoadingHull SystemsMarine SystemsMooring SystemsLiving Quarter and Machinery spacesUtilities section including Power Generation UnitVessel''s Auxiliary Systems: Instrument Air, Nitrogen, Water Treatment, Potable & Demi Water,Flare, Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil, Sea Water Intake and Desalination Unit, Cooling Water System,Heating Media System, etc.FPSO Oil Separation and Treatment including: Crude Oil Separation, HP Gas Compression for Lift, HP Gas Dehydration, Produced Water Treatment, Seawater Treatment and Injection,Requirments:Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical)High experience worked in Oil & Gas Industry with a minimum of 10 Years experience on FPSO and /or FLNG and/or FSRU Technologies and/or off-shore platformMinimum of 10 Years experience as Commissioning & Start Up Manager and at least 5 ProjectAdvanced level of speaking & writing: Italian & English
