Our client is looking for an employee to handleadministrative tasks and internal sales. This person will play akey role in managing customer and supplier relationships, whileproviding operational support within the team. Types of tasks:Follow up on internal sales and provide daily administrativesupport. Communicate effectively with French-speaking andDutch-speaking customers and English-speaking suppliers, bothorally and in writing. Manage various documents and files usingWord, Excel, and other computer tools. Answer calls and provideexcellent customer service by phone and email. Demonstrateflexibility to support various office tasks as needed. Workinghours: Morning: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PMAfternoon: Monday to Thursday from 12:45 PM to 4:45 PM and Fridayfrom 12:45 PM to 3:30 PM Profil We are looking for a person who: Istrilingual (French, Dutch, English), both orally and in writing. Iscomfortable with computer tools (Word, Excel, etc.). Has excellentinterpersonal and telephone skills. Is versatile and adaptable,able to step in where needed. Is organized, meticulous, andservice-oriented. An English CV is required for this position dueto the international work environment. Applications with an EnglishCV will be preferred.
