Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Online Video Platform will be:Providing the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers in the way you are the most confident with: over the phone, via e-mail or social mediaProviding guidance in upselling servicesResponding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appealsEnsuring user and brand safetySkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:You have a C1 level of Turkish and B2 of EnglishYou are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skillsA previous experience in Customer Service is a big advantageYou are holding a valid work permit for Portugal / EU citizenshipWhat's in it for you?
