Position: Change Manager
Responsabilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the change management process for multiple projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential impacts of change on people, processes, and technology.
- Develop change management strategies and plans that minimise resistance and maximise engagement and adoption.
- Create and deliver change management training and communication to ensure understanding and buy-in from stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a mentor and coach guiding stakeholders through the change process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters degree
- 5 to 7 years of a proven experience in Change Management
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder
- Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Thorough knowledge of French and English (Dutch is an asset)
