As an Applicationadministrator / Functional Analyst, youll play a key role inoptimizing operational tools and processes with a particularfocus on supply management and POS systems. This is a hybrid rolethat combines deep analytical work with practical field support,ensuring systems meet real-world needs. What You''ll Be Doing:Understand & Define - Engage directly with stakeholders fromchefs to managers to identify user needs and process gaps. -Translate operational challenges into clear system requirements. -Help prioritize improvements and projects based on urgency andimpact. - Frequently visit locations across Belgium to gatherinsights and support on-site users. Research & Evaluate-Conduct comparative research on software solutions available inthe market. -Assess features, cost, legal compliance, and alignmentwith business needs. -Present your findings through reports,charts, and live demos. -Build collaborative relationships withsolution vendors to influence product evolution. Communicate &Present - Communicate clearly and confidently with all stakeholders from end users to senior management. - Translate complex ITconcepts into practical business language. - Deliver persuasivepresentations to help teams make informed decisions. Support &Implement - Assist with the rollout of new systems, providingtraining and day-to-day support. - Create manuals, guidelines, andother documentation. - Offer continued operational support andfeedback loops to ensure tools stay relevant. Manage POS Systems -Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems acrosssites. - Advise operational teams on system selection andcoordinate installations. - Deliver 2nd-line technical support andvendor follow-up. Jouw vaardigheden & kennis What You Bring: - A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. - BroadICT knowledge and practical experience in application management ordata systems. - Experience in or affinity with hospitality,catering, or facility environments is a big plus. - Strongcommunication skills with the ability to tailor your message to anyaudience. - Confident presenting to and influencing seniorstakeholders. - Able to work independently, manage priorities, andcoordinate with cross-functional teams. - Fluent in Dutch orFrench, with strong command of English; knowledge of both nationallanguages is a plus. - Drivers license B this role involvesregular travel across Belgium. - Flexibility and love for varietyin your day-to-day tasks. - Team spirit and a solutions-orientedmindset.
