Overseeing IT projects from start to finish and maintenance,
Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications,
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project execution,
Leading Agile projects (SCRUM/Scrumban) and managing resources,
Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery ,
Communicating with international clients and internal teams,
Optimizing project processes and mitigating risks,
Overseeing project budgets (Time & Material) and tracking time reports,
Reporting progress, and maintaining documentation (JIRA, Confluence).
3 years of proven commercial experience as a Project Manager,
~ Expertise in managing international customers expectations ,
~ Ability to identify project risks and manage them,
~ Expertise in managing a projects budget in time and material model,
~ Excellent English (C1 level) and Polish(C1) communication skills.
