Head of Finance

Your mission

Reporting directly to the site director and the groups finance department, you will be responsible for the accounting department and controlling of Adragos Jura. Your duties include managing regular accounting, reporting, budget forecasts, treasury management, overseeing the IT department, and participating in the local management committee to help lead the company to success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting department and controlling of Adragos Jura (2 people)
• Oversee internal and group financial reporting
• Participate in preparing the site budget and forecasts in collaboration with other departments
• Manage and plan cash-flow
• Prepare statutory financial statements and tax returns
• Prepare financial forecasts and monitor variances
• Calculate cost prices and control costs of investment projects, including evaluation and control
• Manage relations with external partners such as banks, auditors, and tax advisors
• Manage the IT team (2 people)

Your profile

• Higher education in finance or equivalent, with further management training
• Proven experience in financial management
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is an asset
• Basic knowledge of Swiss corporate tax law and company law
• Strong analytical skills and mastery of financial tools; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and anticipation skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Business fluency in English, good command of French; German is a plus
