Digital Marketing ExecutiveSalary up to £28,000Location:Remote working in the UK, with a requirement to travel to our sites and attend team meetingsAbout the role:We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who thrives in delivering engaging digital multi-channel content with a high attention to detail. As a key member of the Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Executive and CRM Manager. The role will focus on ensuring digital content across all channels are aligned and web content across all Parkwood's portfolio is up to date and optimised to maximise performance.What you'll do:WebsiteKeep our portfolio of websites up-to-date with scheduled content improvements.Handle site requests for website support, updating content for the full portfolio of websitesCreate engaging content that is SEO optimised to achieve key marketing KPIsAudit and manage web pages to ensure best practice is being adhered to.Support in using reporting tools to improve and maintain current search rankings for key termsSupport in delivering a testing plan that continually improves website performance against key Marketing KPI'sDigital ChannelsWork with stakeholders to ensure content is up to date and aligned across all digital channels including web, app, CRM and Google My BusinessManage and keep up to date Google My Business pages for Leisure Centre sitesEnsure reviews are being replied to on Google My Business pages via our central CRM systemSupport in the creation and delivery of CRM campaigns on email, push notifications, in-app messaging and SMSSupport in the management of the app design and content to maximise engagement and retentionSupport the Senior Digital Marketing Executive in implementing the testing plan for CRMWork with a 3rd party partner and Leisure Centre sites to ensure Life Fitness screens are up to date and promoting key messagesExperienceYou'll have 2 or more years experience in a similar role, with a specific focus on:Working across multiple areas of digital marketingUpdating website content within a CMS platform.
