We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance and Operations Manager to oversee financial, treasury, and administrative functions across our European entities (Netherlands, UK, and Germany). This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, treasury management, and efficient office operations, while serving as a key liaison between regional teams and HQ in Korea.

Since March 2017, InBody Europe BV is a newly established business branch of InBody, located at Gyroscoopweg 122, 1042 AZ Amsterdam in the Netherlands, which focuses on expanding business opportunities within Europe.

Your role and responsibilities:
Manage statutory audits (NL) and coordinate with external auditors and accounting firms.
Prepare and consolidate quarterly/annual financial statements (NL, UK, Germany) for HQ.
Ensure compliance with local tax filings (VAT, CIT) and reporting regulations.
Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
Implement and maintain internal control procedures across purchasing, sales, HR, and logistics.
Supervise AR/AP, payroll, sales invoicing, and ERP systems across all entities.
Manage transfer pricing documentation and supply pricing for UK and Germany.
Lead, train, and support the finance and admin team; act as a backup during absences.
Conduct cost analysis, purchasing control, and drive cost efficiency.
Oversee office contracts, working environment, and general administration.
Liaise with legal advisors on HR and commercial matters.
Travel quarterly to UK and Germany for site support and operational oversight.

Start date: As soon as possible
Working hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:00, including 30 mins lunch break).
