IT Application Support Specialist - Operations
Within the IT Operations department of the Technologies & Operations unit, the Operations Application Support department provides expertise on all the tools used by back-office / Operations teams. This team operates from Luxembourg and Geneva offices.
YOUR ROLE
Provide technical and functional expertise for back-office applications (banking operations)
Identify, resolve and troubleshoot all issues that come to the team
Actively contribute to the resolution of tickets according to the assigned application scope and ensure their follow-up with Development teams
Ensure maximum application availability and find quick solutions to Operations teams requests
Train internal and external users on the applications
Ensure regular contact with our partners.
YOUR PROFILE
Master''s degree in computer science, economics, business or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Junior Business Analyst in the banking sector or in a similar role
Basic knowledge of the banking operations (payments, order execution and invoicing; securities settlements, reconciliation)
Ability to analyze, sum up, and make proposals
Good team spirit with a pronounced taste for customer contact
Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
