Fedeli is now looking for a Store Manager forthe upcoming opening in Rome, Via Borgognona. As a core member ofthe retail team, the Store Manager promotes Fedeli culture throughachieving store excellence, helping matching the sales objectiveswhile crafting the most memorable customer experience and ensuringseamless floor operations with an entrepreneurial spirit and anelegant approach. Responsibilities: - Set and execute salesperformance goals to increase profitability - Hire, train, andassess store employee''s productivity and performance - Maintainorder and impeccable appearance of the store - Oversee stock andstore operations Qualifications: - Bachelor degree is preferred -Previous experience in the same role, preferably in a menswearbrand, is preferred - Fluency in Italian and English. A thirdlanguage will be considered as a plus Requirements: - Customerscentric with a positive attitude, strong interactive skills, bothspoken and written - Strong sensitivity for CRM and all itsdeclinations - Analytical skills and a particular appetite fordefining strategies - Driving and charismatic presence on the salesfloor - Strong Leadership and peoples coordination skills - Goodworking knowledge of computer systems - Ability to perform understress
