This is a remote position basedin Italy, with occasional travel to their Southern Europe hub inBarcelona.Their intelligent energy platform helps customers accessrenewable energy, understand consumer behaviour, and power smartcharging for electric vehicles (EVs). They are scaling rapidly andare looking for individuals passionate about clean technology andthe transition to a more sustainable future.KeyResponsibilitiesSales and Revenue GenerationIdentify and close newopportunities with key players in the EV ecosystem, includinginstallers, distributors, and automotive partners.Manage a B2Bsales pipeline and convert leads into commercial partnerships.Ownthe full sales cycle from outreach and proposal through tonegotiation and contract closure.Achieve sales targets acrosshardware (EV chargers) and recurring revenue from software andservices.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities acrossproducts and service offerings.Market Development and RelationshipManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with electricalinstallers, wholesalers, distributors, and otherstakeholders.Represent the business at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.Monitor competitor activity and markettrends to help refine positioning and strategy.Gather and sharecustomer feedback to support continuous product and serviceimprovement.Candidate ProfileEssential Skills andExperiencePrevious experience in a business development, sales, orcommercial role, ideally within EV, energy, or technologysectors.Strong track record of managing a sales pipeline andachieving revenue targets.Excellent interpersonal andrelationship-building abilities.Ability to simplify and communicatetechnical concepts clearly.Native-level fluency in Italian andprofessional working proficiency in English.Comfortable workingindependently within a remote, distributed team.Familiarity withCRM systems and collaboration tools (experience with Slack, Jira,Odoo is advantageous).Preferred SkillsKnowledge or passion for theEV sector, renewable energy, or clean technology markets.Experiencebuilding partner networks with installers ordistributors.BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus up to 50%uncapped commission.Remote-first position, with travel to officesin Barcelona and London as required.Opportunity to join afast-growing cleantech business with internationalambitions.Inclusive and collaborative working culture, with acommitment to professional development.If this role is of interest,please apply directly.
