We are currently looking forProject Managers specialized in Store Design & Planning to joinour team on a permanent basis. Your Role As aProject Manager Store Design & Planning, you will leadchallenging and high-impact projects with international reach. Fromdesign to delivery, you will be responsible for managing timelines,budgets, and quality standards. Working closely with both internalteams and international partners, your key responsibilities willinclude: - Managing the full lifecycle of store openings,renovations, and refits worldwide - Ensuring adherence to brandarchitectural guidelines and design concepts - Building andmonitoring detailed project timelines, ensuring deadlines are metremotely or onsite - Creating and managing project budgets acrosscountries, while considering local constraints - Acting as aliaison between service providers, suppliers, consultants, andlocal architects - Guaranteeing brand consistency across markets(design, customer experience, quality standards) - Overseeingconstruction phases remotely or during international travel -Providing regular project reporting and maintaining smoothcommunication with headquarters Education & Experience -Masters degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, ProjectManagement, or a related field - 4 to 7 years of experiencemanaging retail/store design and planning projects, ideally inluxury, fashion, or hospitality sectors Ideal Candidate - Solidunderstanding of design, technical and operational challenges inthe retail environment - Autonomous and organized, with a strongresults-driven mindset - Proven experience in leading internationaland/or multicultural projects - Fluent in English (spoken andwritten) - Comfortable using project planning tools (Gantt charts,Excel, collaborative platforms) - Skilled in design software suchas AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc. - Familiar withconstruction and fit-out standards specific to luxury retail -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound budgetmanagement experience - Excellent interpersonal skills, able towork cross-functionally and rally teams around a vision Why JoinLUCA Consulting?
