We are currently looking for a Microsoft 365 Functional Expert to join the Digital Workplace Technology team within a leading international organization. You will be part of a dynamic Employee Productivity Squad, whose mission is to improve internal productivity and collaboration through the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.This role is focused on helping the organization make the most of collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Viva, and more. Key Responsibilities- Act as a functional expert on Microsoft 365 collaboration tools across a variety of internal projects.- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and share insights with colleagues and stakeholders.- Contribute to workshops and provide guidance to end-users, project teams, and business stakeholders.- Lead and document qualification activities throughout project lifecycles.- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define best practices and support change adoption. Your Profile- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365, particularly with SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and OneDrive.- Strong functional knowledge of collaboration modules and their integration into business workflows.- Experience with Microsoft Loop is a strong plus.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.- Basic knowledge of PowerShell is a plus.- Curious and eager to learn new technologies and digital tools.- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, agile environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
