Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end deal execution including financial modeling and due diligence
- Conduct industry and company research to identify investment opportunities
- Prepare investment committee materials and support decision-making
- Engage with portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across geographies
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- International academic or professional background is a strong plus
