Position details
TransPerfect is currently looking for English language trainers to join our team of language training professionals. As an English language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities
Main Objectives

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training
• Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners needs
• Assess language levels
• Create language content
• Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high
• Monitor progress and evaluate learners performance throughout the course
• Apply TransPerfects teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning styles
• Take part in TransPerfects Language Trainer development plans and additional training

Education and Experience

• Native or native proficiency in English
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years'' experience teaching English
• Experience in the production and marketing of oil, biofuels, natural gas, renewable energy and electricity(preferred)

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the corporate business environment
- Knowledge of a second language
