Our Workforce & Organization team in Switzerland is looking for a Manager HR Strategy & Consulting located in our Zurich or Geneva Office.

Prepare, design, and implement transformations in business and IT that impact organizational structure, working methods, and culture.
- Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of Digital Transformations.
- Program and project management in national and international environments.
- Efficient linking between business and strategy.
- Translating the latest organizational and transformation trends into a Capgemini strategy and approach.
- Business development utilizing broader pre-existing relationships and your own network.
Qualifications
- Academic excellence : outstanding bachelors or masters degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology.
- Industry knowledge : several years of practical project experience in digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science.
- Consulting experience : practical experience in (partial) project management in the HR environment.
- Conceptual talent : rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation.
- Communication and presentation skills : fluent in English; German or French skills are mandatory (C1 level).
- Cultural fit : high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm.
- Flexibility in terms of location : working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices, and from home.
