You will manage the investigation and reserving of multi-line claims, maintaining accurate claims records and ensuring operational excellence, as well as relationship management and claims handling.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough investigations and reserving of claims, with accurate maintenance of claims records in administration systems for designated accounts.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, clients, and other stakeholders, including third-party adjusters, and promote collaboration across all involved functions.Resolve claims effectively by providing service-oriented solutions, evaluating coverage issues, and determining appropriate reserving levels within your authority.Collaborate closely with the international claims network, providing timely updates on high-exposure claims.Key Requirements/Skills/ExperienceMasters Degree in LawStrong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across different locationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholdersAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn from experiences and adapt to new challengesUnderstanding of processes and proceduresGood analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken#J-18808-Ljbffr
