Your key responsibilities
- Build trust and confidence through transparency, clarity, and consistency.
- Report on the fairness of clients'' audited financial statements.
- Report to regulators (e.g., FINMA) on verification results related to prudential legislation, including AML, Corporate Governance, etc.
- Provide organizations with greater confidence, better business insights, and enhanced transparency to deliver high-quality audits.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A bachelors or masters degree in Accounting, Audit & Management Control, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; a Swiss university degree is an asset.
- Possession or near completion of a certified public accountant''s diploma (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, etc.).
- 2-3 years of external audit experience; experience in a Big Four is an asset.
- Experience in Swiss Regulatory audits is a strong asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; English and German are strong assets. Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, relationship building, positivity, and resilience under pressure.

- A client-oriented attitude and strong interest in the profession.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to solving problems across diverse teams, regions, and functions.
