Job Description:
Your main responsibilities
- Participating, for value chain Assets, in the strategy development and its implementation
- Coordinating the discussions on economic performance and outlook for value chain Assets with all stakeholders, including the Executive Board Members
- Coordinating on value chain Assets level the overall planning, budgeting & forecasting and closing activities
- Together with the management team and Finance Business Partners identifying potential improvement areas and driving optimization action definition for value chain Assets
- Driving change
- Leading and motivating a team with complex and various responsibilities, while having an entrepreneurial mindset and strong strategic vision
Your profile
- FHS or University degree in business administration with focus on Controlling/Finance
- Several years of experience in a similar environment, preferably the energy/commodity trading sector
- Strong analytical competencies, highly structured way of thinking
- High awareness and focus on stakeholder management
- Open minded attitude and willingness to drive change and continuous improvement
- At least 5 years of previous people management experience
