As an expert in your field, you will provide scientific and technical support internally and communicate effectively with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).Manage the scientific approach of Sysmex Diagnostic products in coordination with Business Line Managers (BLMs) and Marketing Manager (MM), aiming to satisfy customer needs better than competitors and ensure optimal profitability, aligned with company policies and objectives.Plan, implement, and oversee clinical studies with customers to generate clinical value for marketing purposes.In this role you will:Provide added value through internal analysis and review of clinical evidence and guidelines relevant to the Diagnostics business unit, transforming this information into useful formats for sales teams and customers.Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines and scientific evidence related to Diagnostics.Maintain customer contact in collaboration with BLMs and Field Sales Representatives (FSRs).Support BLMs in scientific promotional activities like congresses and publicity.Assist the sales network in scientific sessions and clinical studies.Communicate effectively with BLMs and MM.Be a maximum specialist in your scientific area, serving as a reference person.Deliver credible presentations on scientific topics to physicians, individually or in groups (clinical sessions, congresses).Produce and update scientific presentations based on new clinical evidence for internal and external use.Support the field team and application specialists on clinical inquiries.Plan internal studies aligned with Diagnostics strategy in collaboration with MM and BLM.Develop protocols after meetings with investigators.Support investigators with IRB/IEC procedures (protocols, contracts, kick-offs, letters, etc.).Manage recruitment and data monitoring (databases, queries, newsletters, etc.).Lead the transformation of data into published scientific papers, acting as a reference for statisticians, medical writers, and investigators.Monitor and support investigators during the submission process.Job requirementsBachelors and/or masters degree in science (biology, biomedicine, or similar).Masters degree in clinical studies.Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, databases, CRM.Languages: fluent in Italian and English.Technical knowledge of products/IVD Industry.Minimum 1 year experience in a medical department; ideally 2+ years in a similar role (Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Clinical Research Associate, or similar).Whats in it for you?We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and offer:Mobile working optionsFlexible working hours and work-life balanceTicket restaurantCanteen accessCampus training platform for professional growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
