An expert profile in the management of virtualization platforms is required, with experience in team management and in leading projects to implement improvements in the digital work environment and services offered by the environment.
As a Windows Expert your main responsibilities will involve:
- An expert profile is required in the management of virtualization platforms, taking care of both their analysis and optimization.
- He will be in charge of the request and incident management cycle: Level 1 support in some incidents for the focus and continuous improvement of the process; contact with the user for analysis and follow-up, direct contact with Suppliers to speed up resolution of L3 incidents (level 3) and management of requests with the platform provider.
- Project management and collaboration, support, including analysis, planning and coordination or communication tasks.
- It is responsible for managing monitoring (at the level of analysis and data extraction) to define and implement metrics and alerts in the group''s systems.
- It involves the management of your own agenda and the team: Follow-up meetings; allocation of hours and creation of service documentation.
As a Windows Expert your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Expert-level technical knowledge on the following platforms:
- W365;
- Intune;
- Management and coordination of the deployment cycles of new images;
- Task Automation/Scripting and
- VMware (VMware instances only))
- Experience in monitoring and managing Windows systems
- Experience in Windows Server (on-prem and cloud-Azure); Active Directory (objects, identities, groups, etc.); Policies (GPOs, etc.); Intune/SCCM and Storage.
