Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.Our Customer Success department is hiring a Customer Success Manager to engage and build meaningful relationships with our Critical Accounts, driving high customer satisfaction, successful product use, and retention. You will serve as the primary contact for key customers, understand success criteria, drive adoption & value realization, address questions, resolve issues, and become a trusted customer advocate.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage customer portfolios.Own and drive the customer lifecycle, providing exceptional service.Drive revenue growth through successful achievement of customer value measures.Minimize churn via success plans and lifecycle management.Resolve customer requests and concerns, enhancing customer experience.Utilize data and trend analysis to improve engagement strategies.Maintain accurate customer information for internal stakeholders.Act as a reliable point of contact and brand ambassador.Collaborate across departments to meet customer outcomes.Contribute to product design and development through feedback.Create training and educational materials for the team.Qualifications:4+ years in a customer success role supporting technical products.Fluent in English and Arabic.Experience onboarding customers, driving adoption, and achieving business outcomes.Deep understanding of customer concerns and troubleshooting skills.Strong organizational skills and experience with account management tools.3+ years in IT and network security, OT experience is a plus.Technical skills to conduct demos, training, and present reports.Experience in a TAM or SE role is valuable.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to analyze processes and optimize department workflows.Patient, active listening, and a passion for service.Nozomi Networks is committed to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and offers flexible benefits tailored to your country.
