Tasks As a Technical Engineer in Process Automation, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, servicing and further development of our Integra Standards in the Mercedes- Benz plant Jawor. In doing so, you will always observe regulatory framework conditions. You will carry out system and application projects, including the creation of technical solution and optimization concepts. You will assume overall responsibility for the prioritization and execution of automation projects and will be responsible for the standardization execution. You will further develop work processes and optimize cooperation at the interfaces between process engineering, operations and control technology. In compliance with MBMPL regulations, you will ensure the work processes and thus ensure a high level of IT security. As a mentor, you will support your colleagues in Automation & Control technology in the use and application of new systems and in complex error analyses/ Trouble Shooting. Qualifications Higher technical education: Msc or Bachelor (preferably Automation & Robotics, Mechatronic, Electronic, Electrical, or industrial Engineering). Several years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of Automation & Controls technologies. Knowledge of automotive environment including experience with Automation, Robots, PLC, Computer control systems. Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, reliability. Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently. Driving license B. Knowledge of German / English enabling easy communication. Ability to work in a team.
