We are looking for an Ecosystem Business Development Manager to join the Huawei Consumers Business Group team in Italy, focusing on the mobile, smartwatch, and tablet sectors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding Huawei''s ecosystem, growing partnerships, ensuring high content quality, and developing a structured methodology for business development in this space.Job Location: MilanContract Duration: 1 year, with potential for extension or permanent contract, depending on the experience of the candidate. Outsourcing contract powered by Randstad Italia SpA (please apply only if open to this arrangement).Salary Range: depending on experience.Responsibilities:Establish and strengthen business relationships with companies offering mobile applications available on public app stores.Apply industry best practices to optimize Huawei''s mobile ecosystem development for smartphones, smartwatches, and tablets.Extend the talent pool and foster a strong community within the mobile industry.Develop and execute the business development strategy for the ecosystem in the assigned region.Build and maintain strategic relationships with local partners to aggregate high-quality content and applications, continuously supporting mobile services.Provide expert guidance on consumer experience for mobile service solutions, ensuring optimal user satisfaction.Proactively suggest improvements to content, marketing/influencers, user operations, and product teams to optimize the performance of mobile services in key markets, particularly in Poland.Skills & Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years'' business development experience in the digital services or internet service industry, including areas such as Games, Entertainment, Shopping, Social Media, Lifestyle, Video, Music, News, and Travel.Strong network across the mobile and digital ecosystem, with direct relationships at the CXO level and/or DevOps leaders of large content providers.Deep understanding of the local mobile internet market, with a focus on 2C (business-to-consumer) operations.Expertise in digital industry trends, digital ecosystems, digital advertising, and performance analysis.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive business decisions, with a strong data-driven approach.Proven experience managing large-scale, country-wide projects, particularly in mobile ecosystems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.Proficient at explaining complex concepts in an engaging and understandable manner to diverse stakeholders.Ability to work effectively across various teams and cultures, adapting to different working styles.Strong problem-solving skills, perseverance, and a hands-on attitude.Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus.This role offers a dynamic opportunity to shape the future of Huawei''s mobile ecosystem and contribute to the growth of cutting-edge technologies in the smartphone, smartwatch, and tablet industries.
