Vocational training at a higher level in a relevant discipline leading to a professional qualification or an equivalent combination of appropriate national qualifications and experience in Supply or Logistics Management, Warehousing, or Chain Management.Knowledge of NATO Logistics Regulations.Practical experience in the use of PC-based NATO resource management tools.Knowledge of Italian Law concerning ROS and Disposal of items.Proficiency in Windows tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with EBA and Cable Solve tools.Professional usage of Windows applications.DUTIES / ROLE :Works with Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) basic processes and operations.Maintains item and inventory management records.Helps minimize bottlenecks and delays, reducing their impact on operating costs.Uses real-time inventory software to move supplies where needed.Assists in resolving issues related to physical space management and inventory management (GCF).Performs receiving, ticketing, checking in, and distributing inventory items for specific locations.Produces basic inventory management reports for senior staff to reconcile inventory balances.Tracks inventory information for specific product groups or locations.Performs basic inventory management tasks for designated locations.Follows processes to take stock, release inventory, or return items into processing, resolving discrepancies.Uses tools with guidance to forecast delivery times, determine costs, and assess performance.Works with logistics in a domestic environment.Maintains records of shipments and invoices using established systems.Assists in developing process flows to track lead times by activity.Participates in integrating logistics processes and developing effective networks (GCF).Recognizes software systems or components used to manage supply chains.Participates in supply chain analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Discusses considerations for integrating partner and supplier transactions.Summarizes supply chain considerations for different product types.Employment Type : Full TimeExperience : YearsVacancy : 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
