Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Business Analyst, located in Barcelona. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized person to join our team as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you''ll play a key role in client projects, leveraging your Salesforce knowledge and business analysis skills, driving Salesforce adoption by gathering requirements, mapping workflows, contributing to design, and overseeing testing and deployment alongside project managers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to document existing business processes, identify needs, and design tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
- Lead Salesforce platform configuration, including troubleshooting, data migration, and deployment to ensure seamless functionality.
- Write clear and actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria to guide development teams effectively.
- Oversee the design and implementation of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data migration processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and vendors, to deliver optimized Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic Salesforce knowledge.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Desire to learn more about Salesforce.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar for project tracking and task management.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Desirable
- Experience in software development, data analysis, or IT is a plus.
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus.
