What are you waiting for?

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct risk identification and assessments.Plan, monitor, and evaluate preventive measures in the workplace.Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations.Prepare reports and summaries for management, participating in decision-making meetings.Implement and oversee compliance with ISO 45001 standards supporting area managers.Maintain and update emergency plans.Conducting training sessions and organizing regular emergency drills to ensure the team is well-prepared and compliant with safety protocols.Ensuring that personal protective equipment (PPE) and operational controls meet safety requirements.Participate in internal and external audits.Performing site visits and inspections across the region (Europe) to ensure project compliance and progress.

Qualifications and RequirementsTechnical Degree in Engineering or a related field.Masters Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (covering Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics).Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering sector.B2-level English or higher.Willing to travel 40% of the time across EuropeStrong skills in communication, attention to detail, proactiveness, and continuous learning.Knowledge of national and international health and safety regulations and industry standards.Internal auditor certification for ISO14001, ISO45001
