For our client, a leading international PC Insurance Company, we are currently seeking the 'Accounting Reporting Manager' . The role will report to the Regional CFO and will manage a team of accountants responsible for:

• ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting within the Italian subsidiary
• compliance with accounting standards (Italian GAAP locally, IFRS for reporting
• preparing accurate financial statements and supporting in the budgeting process
• implementing monitoring internal controls

Profile:

We are looking for a Quadro level manager with approximately 7-9 years post-university experience who has some experience within audit. This could be someone who is currently at a Junior Manager / Manager level in an audit firm or else someone who has previous audit experience and who has now moved into a similar role in a commercial company. Experience in the insurance field would be a distinct plus, although not mandatory. There is a very interesting salary and bonus package available for the best candidates. English fluency is a must, Spanish or French although not at all necessary would be a plus.
