We are dedicated to working as a team towards our common goal: making net zero a reality.Position: Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Berlin or Milan)Become part of our Regulatory Affairs team in Berlin or Milan, where we collaborate closely with our Legal team and Product Owners to ensure that our digital products and services comply with evolving regulatory requirements.Identify, monitor, assess, and prioritize relevant regulatory changes and updates impacting our business model and offerings.Identify applicable requirements from regulatory frameworks and advise solution development teams.Ensure products and processes adhere to current regulatory standards.Keep the organization informed about new and emerging regulatory trends and requirements.Provide guidance and training to internal and external stakeholders on relevant regulations, norms, and standards.Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential regulatory issues.Engage with industry initiatives to contribute to the development and update of standards and norms.Who you areYou have 2 to 5 years of experience in a sustainability-related role.You possess a deep understanding of environmental laws, regulations, and standards at various levels.You are familiar with carbon accounting and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., ISO, GHG Protocol, ESRS).You enjoy researching technical topics and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.You approach your work with a solution-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail.You have strong analytical skills to assess risks and opportunities from a business perspective.You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.You have excellent project management skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and successful delivery.You are capable of presenting complex topics clearly and educating diverse audiences.You communicate professionally in English and German.What we offerJoin our dynamic, international team where you can be yourself.
