Your responsibilities: Work on a portfolio of B2B customers and prospects, from hunting to closing deals by phone, Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions, Take orders and ensure effective follow-up, Work with monthly targets based on your call activity and your invoiced sales, Follow existing customers by providing excellent service. Your skills and qualifications: Previous experience in telesales Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills. Proficiency in French and English. German and Luxembourgish are assets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to achieve and exceed set objectives (KPIs).
