Youre a great fit, if you thrive in afast-paced environment, are passionate about innovation,foster collaboration, and are committed to serviceexcellence.**Please Note**: Internal applications for positions withina bargaining unit must be received within 7 days of thisposition being posted to have seniority considered as afactor in selection.**Hours of Work**: shiftsUnder the direction of the Food Service Supervisor, theNutrition Services Student duties include patient mealservices, tray-line service, dishwashing, cleaning, cashregister operation and basic food preparation.**Other duties include**:- Assembling snacks such as: trays, meat items andvegetablesPortioning meals such as desserts, sandwiches andentreesPrepares food and drinks- Re-thermalizing prepared food items- Stocking items that need to be replaced- Operates dishwasher**Qualifications**:- Currently enrolled in a community college ofuniversityAbility to work within a team environment- Able to work with mnimal supervision- Food Handler Certification- Excellent customer service skills- Able to participate in heavy lifting, pushing andpullingExperience working in a kitchen/restaurant is anassetGreat work ethic and commitment to excellence- Evidence of good work and attendance record- Demonstrated commitment to Homewood''s Values- Commitment to working within Homewood''s Health andSafety StandardsWhy Work For UsWe are driven by our values and are passionate aboutimproving lives.
