As a Technical Consultant (located in our Antwerp or Arnhem office), you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers on Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, ...) and the add-ons of the ecosystem. We are looking for a dedicated professional who embodies the following qualities:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact with customers; analyze and understand their needs, advise them, and provide the best solutions to meet their expectations.
- Handle, process, and follow up on support requests (requests and/or incidents).
- Update internal support documentation and contribute to the development of user help documentation.
- Provide on-site or remote configurations and implementations on the Atlassian Stack.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of iDalkos activities.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating business maturity.
- Certification: Atlassian and ITIL certifications are preferred.
- Communication: Honesty and transparency are valued in all interactions.
- Technical Skills: Full understanding of Atlassian Products.
- Independence: Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
- Empathy: Understanding and consideration of clients'' needs and concerns.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch.
