Marketing Optimization ChallengesInvestigate discrepancies between Google Analytics and purchase data (ranging from 7–65%).Identify why trends diverge (e.g., GA shows up while purchases go down).Ensure ad spend optimization runs on trustworthy data.2. Data Flow & Engineering SolutionsTrace data pipelines end-to-end to find breakpoints, particularly with Google Click IDs in the Salesforce integration.Build a clear solution path for new website tracking with GA4 and Salesforce.Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, sales) to implement fixes.3. Business Auditability & ReportingImprove revenue tracking by moving beyond last-touch attribution.Define and implement revenue states (booked, ticketed, consumed, less cancellations).Fix reporting gaps where cancellations overwrite order history.Help align sales forecasts with actual performance through better data definitions and visibility.What We’re Looking ForExperience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields with hands-on knowledge of GA4, Salesforce, and data pipelines.Technical skills in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar).Strong communication skills: ability to explain complex data problems and solutions clearly to non-technical teams.Problem-solving mindset: analytical, resourceful, and committed to finding the root cause.Organized & proactive: you can manage multiple moving pieces and drive projects to completion.Why Join UsYou’ll be joining a growing team tackling critical challenges at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data.
