For our Business Unit Grid Integration (eMobility business), we are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Planner.How youll make an impactCoordinate sales and operations among the factory and eMobility Units/Centre of Competence to optimize production schedules and provide feedback to sales regarding factory workload.Collaborate with the factory to plan and control production schedules against project demands and vice versa.Serve as the contact point for timely communication between the factory and eMobility Units/Centre of Competence in case of planning changes or critical issues.Continuously improve S&OP tools.Coordinate S&OP meetings.Support weekly consolidation and validation of future demand outlooks in volume and value to ensure appropriate production slot verification.Assist in reviewing historical sales actuals and trends, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results.Support all functions (Sales, Tendering, Operations, SCM) in executing the planning process.Assist in demand reviews with Sales, Tendering, Operations, and prepare for meetings.Maintain and update process documents according to changes, and support team members in utilizing S&OP tools across different countries within the organization.Help promote behavioral change within the S&OP team to improve business performance.Your backgroundOver 2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong planning and scheduling skills, preferably with factory experience.Operational skills and experience working within project teams.Effective communication skills across all business areas.Willingness to travel as required.More about usWe offer the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and engage in projects that present technical challenges and have a meaningful impact.Our benefits include health insurance, pension fund, welfare programs, flexible working arrangements, and flexible hours.Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader committed to advancing a sustainable energy future.
