MISSION:

As a Logistics Trainee, you''ll be at the heart of our import/export operations, ensuring smooth and efficient shipment processes while learning the ins and outs of international logistics in a leading fragrance company.

FUNCTIONS:

• You''ll have the opportunity to manage transport operations, coordinating shipments across Europe (road) and globally (sea/air).
• Prepare and manage key shipping documents (invoices, Certificates of Origin, COA, etc.) to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Assist the logistics team with daily tasks such as courier orders, label printing, and document processing.
• Work closely with our customers and warehouse teams to align on delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipments.
• Handle invoicing procedures, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and cash against documents.
• Report creation and analysis of carrier''s performance and freight cost control

Requirements:

Educational Background required

- International Trade, Supply Chain, International Business or Business administration

Experience required

- Advanced office tools knowledge. Excellent skills in Excel
- Experience working with SAP is valuable (not a must)
