About The Job
We are embarking on a transformation journey to embed customer centricity into our organization and seek a dynamic Customer Experience Specialist. This role involves designing and implementing our long-term CX strategy and leading key programs across a global organization.
What You Do
- Lead and implement key CX programs such as NPS, VoC, and Customer First to enhance customer experience.
- Foster a customer-centric culture and prioritize customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Develop and roll out customer standards, journey maps, personas, dashboards, and training programs.
- Ensure all employees are aligned with high customer experience standards across all touchpoints.
- Leverage technology, including AI, to improve efficiency and personalization while ensuring compliance.
- Manage relationships with external partners to support business operations and projects.
What You Bring
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior management.
- Experience in customer experience, project management, and AI integration strategies.
- Proven ability to design and execute customer journey strategies and resolve customer pain points.
- Change management experience and analytical, conceptual, and consulting skills.
- Proficiency in survey design, dashboards, and customer feedback platforms.
- Higher education in business, customer experience management, or related fields, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and excellent English communication skills.
