The role is located in our Milan office.As an IT Support Specialist, youll work on responsibilities such as providing on-site and virtual remote IT support to our employees, maintaining on-site systems and our global IT services, and helping advance IT at sennder. You will also manage the migration from GWS to M365, collaborating with teams and conducting user training sessions. Youll work closely with the team to provide excellent IT service and support, aligning with sennders IT SLOs.Manage and optimize the M365 platform, including Teams and SharePointDeliver on-site IT services following IT guidelines and SOPsMaintain local ITC systems to ensure they are up-to-date and operationalEnsure all on-site meeting rooms are functioning properlyManage device, resource, and license utilization efficientlyProvide virtual remote IT support for other EU officesPrepare computers for assignment and reallocation after returnTrack IT stock and coordinate restocking, repairs, recycling, or secure disposal of broken gearUpdate IT asset inventory recordsAutomate tasks using PowerShell, MS Graph, and Power AutomateSupport user adoption through training and documentationProven experience in IT support rolesExperience with M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra/Azure AD, Defender, Intune); migration experience from Google Workspace to M365 is a plusAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and a willingness to stay updated with new featuresBasic understanding of IT security principlesExperience with operating systems, hardware, meeting room equipment, and related servicesKnowledge of LAN and WLAN networksQuick learner, enjoy optimization and automationStrong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressureEffective communication and collaboration skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with peopleProactive attitude and service-oriented mindsetExcellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)Relevant certifications like Microsoft 365 Fundamentals/Associate, CompTIA A+, or Google IT Support Professional are advantageousAt sennder, we aim to maximize individual potential and foster an inclusive culture of continuous learning.
