The ideal candidate will have a passion fornumbers, a keen eye for detail, a strong interest in business, anda solid foundation in data analysis techniques. KeyResponsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams togather and analyze business and financial data, ensuring accuracyand consistency. - Assist in the development and implementation ofdata models to forecast financial outcomes and support strategicdecision-making. - Utilize predictive analytics to identify trendsand provide insights that can enhance business performance. -Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providingdata-driven insights and recommendations. - Prepare regularfinancial reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics andperformance indicators. - Participate in the continuous improvementof financial systems and processes through the application of datascience methodologies. - Stay abreast of industry trends andadvancements in data science and predictive analytics to driveinnovation within the finance department. Qualifications: - Degreein Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.- 2-3 years experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Excellentcommunication and collaboration abilities to work effectively withteam members and stakeholders. - Fluency in English. - Theknowledge of tools such as PowerBI or Solver and programminglanguages such as SQL, Python, or R, will be an element ofpreference. - A proactive approach to learning and applying newtechnologies and data analysis techniques.
