SAP Project Manager Global Transformation InitiativesAbout the Company:Our client is a world-class consumer goods organization recognized for its innovation, operational scale, and commitment to digital evolution. As part of its strategic roadmap, the company is executing several large-scale SAP initiatives aimed at modernizing and integrating business operations globally.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in SAP-driven programs to lead cross-functional technology projects across the enterprise. The role focuses on full-cycle project management and coordination between business and technical teams to ensure timely, on-budget SAP solution delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of SAP-related projects, from requirements gathering through post-implementation support.- Work closely with business units (supply chain, operations, finance, etc.) to understand needs and align project scope accordingly.- Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.- Coordinate activities across SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, WM, and potentially FI/CO.- Supervise vendor and partner contributions, ensuring alignment with internal standards and objectives.- Support testing phases (including UAT), data migration, change management, and end-user training.- Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems within the broader IT landscape.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.- 35+ years of experience leading SAP implementation or upgrade projects.- Strong knowledge of SAP core modules such as MM, SD, PP, or WM; Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.- Previous exposure to SAP Finance (FI/CO) is a nice-to-have but not required.- Experience in the FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.- Excellent stakeholder communication, project planning, and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies preferred.
