- 8+ years of experience in business analysis within IT implementation projects.
- Proven ability to analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry best practices.
- Strong skills in business process modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps / VSTS / TFS).
- Familiarity with process development methodologies and implementation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and gather/document requirements effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive tasks to completion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
