Job Description

We are actively looking for a Technical Product Documentation Specialist to strengthen our team in supporting a client in the Energy sector. You will be responsible for drafting and updating of product manuals for internal and external use; and all the technical documentation related to the product (wiring diagrams, technical specifications, test reports).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

• Drafting of product manuals (use and maintenance manual, data sheet, brochure) for external use, for the customer.
• General management of technical documentation for internal use (assembly/testing instructions, test reports, electrical wiring diagrams).
• Evaluate any new releases and update the product technical documentation.
• Share internally (proposals, sales, service, technical office) any technical changes relating to the products (improvements, bug fixing) via internal newsletter.
• In charge of communicating to the Marketing office to keep the company website updated with the product technical manuals and case studies it manages.
• Structuring a document management process for the entire life of the product that is updated and accessible to internal references (R&D team, production, testing, shipments).

Qualifications

• Electronic or electrical education, including a Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, electronics, mechatronics, electrotechnics.
• A good knowledge of the English language is required, including written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Windows/Office package is required.
• Good knowledge of Electrical AutoCAD or similar (EPLAN) is required.
• Recent graduate or with 2-3 Years of experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Soft skills: Methodical and precise.
