Responsibilities: 1. Develop a deep understanding ofthe company''s operating model and marketing strategy, and leveragethis knowledge to formulate comprehensive quarterly and annualsales plans. 2. Spearhead the establishment of an overseas salesplatform, identifying and cultivating relationships withdistributors and partners to expand market reach. 3. Proactivelyengage with overseas customers to understand their needs, addressinquiries, and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring high levelsof customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Lead the preparation forand participation in international exhibitions and congresses toshowcase our products and services, and network with potentialclients and industry professionals. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor''sdegree or above in international trade, marketing, or a relatedfield. A background in a medical-related profession isadvantageous. 2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience,with at least 3 years of proven success in international sales ofsurgical instruments. Experience in selling ultrasonic knives orsurgical staplers is highly preferred. 3. Proficiency in English isessential, as it will be used as the primary working language forinternational communications and negotiations. 4. Willingness totravel domestically and internationally for business trips, asrequired to support sales initiatives and attend industry events.About My Client: My client is a famous listed Chinese MedicalDevice company, which has many R&D centers and plants inEurope.
