We are seeking an experienced hands-on Email Marketing Team Leader to elevate our marketing automation and email strategy. You will lead a team responsible for end-to-end email strategy, lead nurturing, and scalable automationwith a focus on performance, innovation, and global expansion (EMEA/Latam). This is a player-coach role: youll both define the strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns, troubleshoot automation, and mentor the team in real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership Team Management:
- Develop and execute a data-driven email and automation strategy aligned with pipeline and revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of email experts
- Establish clear ownership of email analytics, lead scoring, and database segmentation
2. Marketing Automation Campaign Execution:
- Design and implement email nurture flows, drip campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs
- Ensure flawless execution of multi-language campaigns for global markets
- Build and refine Revenue Grid Sequences for sales-led email automation
3. Database Management Segmentation:
- Oversee database health, ensuring clean segmentation and targeting for personalized campaigns
- Implement dynamic segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and engagement
- Collaborate with Ops Webteam to maintain CRM (Salesforce) hygiene and lead routing
4. Technology Stack Optimization:
- Administer and optimize Pardot (or similar MAP) for scalable automation
- Manage end-to-end webinar automation (GoToWebinar/Zoom integrations)
- Continuously test and improve campaigns (A/B testing, deliverability, etc.)
- Report on performance metrics and ROI, with actionable insights for leadership
- 5+ years in email marketing and marketing automation, with 2+ years leading a team
- Deep hands-on experience with Pardot, Salesforce, Revenue Grid, GoToWebinar/Zoom, and Zapier
- Proven expertise in lead scoring, nurture flows, database segmentation, and webinar automation
- Strong analytical skillsable to translate data into optimization strategies
- Experience supporting global expansion (EMEA/Latam)
