Job Title: Project Leader Soil and Conditioning Role description: As a Project Leader, you will focus on multidisciplinary projects. Due to the expansion of our activities in the north of the country, we are urgently looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our team responsible for the execution of civil projects. Important projects are quay reinforcements for water boards, where (work) preparation is also part of the scope. Construction and ready-to-live projects for location developers are also part of the portfolio. In these projects, an active and cooperative role is expected towards the client in order to arrive at a suitable design that meets all the requirements of the competent authority. In the context of the energy transition, we are involved in high-profile projects in the field of redevelopment of gas extraction sites and other industrial sites. As a Project Leader, you are responsible for the safe, sustainable and efficient execution of the projects. Financial, progress and contacts with the client are the core tasks of a project manager at Arcadis, where cooperation within the project team with the contractor and work preparation is self-evident. In addition, you can: Point of contact for all parties involved and responsible for the coordination with regard to the cooperation between these parties at the project location. Financial responsibility for the realization of projects Responsible for the safety and health of colleagues and other stakeholders at the project locations. Qualifications Experience: As a Project Leader, you are responsible and can steer cooperation. You supervise the implementation team and ensure that everyone is involved in the right way, you know how to steer towards efficiency and innovation. Thanks to your analytical skills, you quickly recognize problems and turn them into solutions. You also have: At least 6 years of relevant work experience Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with business partners at different levels in the organization Understanding operational processes and ability to link them to financial performance. Dutch and English are required for the role
