Overview: We are lookingfor a highly motivated IT Specialist with a strong background intechnology implementation projects and in-depth expertise inAtlassian Jira. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bothday-to-day IT operations and the delivery of strategic ITinitiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders tounderstand their needs and implementing effective technologicalsolutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide hands-on support for thecompanys IT infrastructure (on-premises systems, endpoints,networking). - Contributes to the implementation of newtechnological solutions, tools, and system integrations. -Administer, configure, and optimize Atlassian Jira and Jira ServiceManagement to meet business needs (Project, workflows, automationrules, custom fields, permissions, and dashboards). - Collaboratewith stakeholders across departments to gather requirements andtranslate them into technical solutions. - Provide guidance,training, and support to users and stakeholders on Atlassian toolsand IT solutions. - Manage documentation, testing, and roll-outactivities as part of IT project lifecycle. Requirements: - Provenexperience in IT support or IT operations roles. - Deep knowledgeof the Atlassian ecosystem, especially Jira. - Excellentcommunication skills and ability to collaborate effectively withboth technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strongproblem-solving attitude and ability to manage priorities in adynamic environment. - Good written and spoken English. Nice toHave: - Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-100 JiraAdministrator). - Experience with scripting and automation tools(e.g., PowerShell, REST APIs). - Familiarity with ITIL, servicemanagement best practices, or DevOps principles.
