Maintenance, monitoring, and technical operation of all network and communication equipment, facilities, and services in a manner to ensure the highest security and most efficient flow of data. Provisioning system-level network solution engineering efforts associated with design, development, implementation, maturation, optimization, and modernization of the SEBN networking infrastructure. Managing the work of a subordinate network team (planning, organizing, executing, controlling, training, motivating). Collaborate with other IT service centers across the SEBN group. Qualifications: University education. Experience in the analysis and design of computer network systems, as well as leading and implementing projects for LAN and WAN. Knowledge of information systems security technologies and issues. Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN/WiFi technologies, VPN, Cisco-based solutions (routing/switching), NG Firewall systems - Fortinet/Sophos UTM. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage a team and motivate to achieve goals. Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
