Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to find a hands-on, technical Data Architect for their fast-moving RD Accelerator team.
This is a role for a real builder, someone who can design, troubleshoot, and shape modern data platforms that drive AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics across global healthcare innovation.

What Youll Focus On
- Design and build scalable, cutting-edge data architectures to power RD platforms
- Partner with cross-functional tech and science teams to solve real-world data challenges
- Drive technical best practices in architecture, pipeline design, and cloud environments
- Keep an eye on data compliance standards (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR) when necessary
What You Bring (Must-Haves)
- Strong hands-on background in data engineering and data architecture
- Expertise with data pipelines, data modeling (OLTP/OLAP), and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP welcome)
- Ability to build, troubleshoot, and lead technical solutions not just draw diagrams
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
- Fluent English communication skills
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with MLOps or AI/GenAI projects
- Pharma, RD, or healthcare industry experience
- Familiarity with Data Mesh or modern data platform patterns
