Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toSales Support Manager - Customer SupportYour Role And ResponsibilitiesThe Factory Associate Project Manager will be responsible for internal and external customer care for aftermarket factory orders (e.g., order requirements, tracking and reporting, technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordination of relevant functions to have complete case ownership in Electrification Services (ELSE), ensuring customer satisfaction. You will manage the production order cycle and post-delivery customer support, aiming to deliver value-added services with high quality.The work model for this role is: Onsite in Florence, SC. You will be mainly accountable for:Leading the project team allocated to the project.Monitoring and controlling project progress, resource utilization, and financials.Managing project risks and pursuing opportunities.Driving project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment.Key Responsibilities:Primary sales channel contact for project scope operations.Leading contract reviews and scope definitions before project initiation.Ensuring understanding of contractual requirements by the project team.Creating and executing project work plans to meet client needs.Coordinating with scheduling, operations, quality, and shipping to ensure timely completion and shipment.Following best practices and policies for successful project close-out and delivery.Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and effective communication.Tracking and reporting order planning activities.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree with 2 years of experience, or associates with 4 years, high school with 6 years, or equivalent experience and accomplishments in customer service.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Excellent communication skills (oral and written).Knowledge of SAP is a plus.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions.Work authorization to work for ABB in the US.About Us:ABB''s Service Division partners with customers to improve electrical product performance, reliability, and sustainability.
